Among the volunteers working at the centre are a chairman (project leader), a secretary, a lawyer/accountant, a HIV/Aids nurse, two teachers, a social worker, a cook, a janitor and two guards. Other volunteers include a rancher who has experience with fowl and a specialised teacher of crafts including painting, pottery and basket-making.

The indoor facilities at the centre include office space, accomodation for the attendants, children's recreation area and classroom. The outdoor facilities include a vegetable garden, hen-house and playground.
